Service reservations can be made online, by calling, or through text. We do not accept reservations by e-mail or social media. A credit card is required to reserve your service time.
CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING POLICY
All cancellations need to be made within 24 hours of your reserved appointment time. Otherwise YOU WILL BE charged 50% of your lash GAL service.
Clients who have no-showed for reservations will be asked to prepay/pay a deposit towards their visit when booking future services.
All reservation cancellations must be confirmed. Service cancellations through text or email WITHOUT CONFIRMATION FROM THE LASH GAL STUDIO are not accepted.
A credit card is required to hold reservations at the LASH GAL lash extension studio . If you choose not to provide your credit card information, we will not be able to hold your reservation. A 50% cancellation fee OF THE SERVICE BOOKED will be charged to the credit card on file for each reservation that is cancelled less than 24 hours before the service time.
While there is no fee for late arrivals, the length of the reservation may be reduced due to time restraints. If you are running late to your reservation and there is still enough time to take you, we will. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for the full length of the service you were originally scheduled for. If you are running late and there isn’t enough time to still take you, this will be considered a same day cancellation as per our cancellation policy.
We do not perform refill services on work that was not done at the LASH GAL – NO EXCEPTIONS. If you currently have lash extensions on, you must get them removed before receiving your first new set with us. This is to avoid the risk of allergies, mixing different adhesives and materials from work done in other salons.
We accept Cash and all major credit cards.
Gratuities are accepted in CASH ONLY.
A 20% gratuity is recommended for any service provided, and tips are genuinely appreciated for the full (pre-discounted) value.
